She has registered many trademarks and copyrights, advised clients regarding the protection of trade secrets and the selection and protection of trademarks, prepared trademark licenses and assignments, and pleadings to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Neal became an associate attorney with the law firm of Fowler, White, Burnett, Hurley, Banick & Strickroot, P.A. in Miami, Florida. After six years with Fowler White, she worked as an in-house attorney with Ryder System, Inc. for three years and subsequently with Concord Camera Corp. for five years. During her tenure as a solo practitioner/consultant attorney, Ms. Neal had additional in-house assignments with Ryder System, Inc., IVAX Corporation, the law firm of Cohen, Berke, Bernstein, Brodie & Kondell, P.A. and the Champion Services Group (a minority-owned human resources consulting firm).
